How to make your porridge grain free! This recipe is my paleo grain free porridge and it’s delicious and nutritious for the whole family
- 4 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp collagen powder
- Large pinch sea salt
- Combine the dry ingredients then add the coconut milk, maple syrup and sea salt. Store in the fridge overnight, ready for breakfast the next day.
- Add chopped nuts and berries of your choice and can be eaten warmed up or cold depending on your preference.
- Side note: You can skip the maple syrup to make this paleo porridge keto friendly.
